This website was created and is maintained by William Dunbar, Ph.D., President of the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine (soon to be renamed the Midwest College of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, in conjunction with the Certification Institute (CE). MCOM is an accredited College of East Asian (Chinese Medicine) offering an accredited Master of Science in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine.   CE is a not-for-profit educational organization with a 501c3 status with the Internal Revenue Service.
